At Maruwata (PVT) LTD, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Cake, Grocery Items.

 

Return Process

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Contact our customer service team at Email: Info@maruwata.com  to initiate a return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Exchange Process

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate the desired replacement item when you contact customer service.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  • If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us. You have Five days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

 

Refunds

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of seven working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Shipping

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
